Our name comes from the Greek word koinonia (κοινωνία), which means fellowship, sharing, and deep connection. In the Bible, koinonia describes a life of unity, purpose, and mutual participation in Jesus —a community built on trust, generosity, and shared belief in God. Meet Andy Shultz, a dedicated member of the Bowling Green community. Having witnessed the city’s transformation over the years, Andy brings a unique perspective and deep-rooted passion for connection. With nine years of experience as a Bowling Green Fireman, he knows the value of hard work and commitment. At The Koin Group, Andy’s vision is to empower our community further. He has actively supported local non-profits like Young Life, Homes 4 Homes, Refuge BG, and the Fellowship of Christian Athletes. With 11 years in real estate, Andy specializes in development, residential, commercial, remodeling, and new construction.
